Andrew Wind is the founder of Tech Care You and the heart behind its hands-on approach to technology support for older adults. He started Tech Care You after seeing how often older adults felt frustrated, overwhelmed, or left behind by technology and how families and staff were left trying to fill the gap without the time or tools to do so.
Andrew brings patience, clarity, and genuine care to every interaction. He believes technology should reduce stress, not create it and that with the right guidance, people can feel confident, connected, and independent again. His work focuses on meeting people where they are, explaining things simply, and making technology feel human.
